In the great tree, there are many places to go, but as you climb higher you will notice the hollows get smaller. These are the homes of groups of owls, categorised into their sleeping hollows by rank. The monarchs have their own hollow, the highest of all in the tree. Below is a circular hollow that leads off into each of the Ryb's offices and sleeping quarters. A little away there is the co-rybs sleeping hollow which they all share. Further down is the trainees and Guardians sleeping hollows where they are with owls of their own rank, not species.

Hollow Grank Sindari, Masq, Kale and name Nestmaid name: Shelly Personality: Quite old, wise in her age and knows many stories Origin of Hollow name: Was the first collier, first to master coals and embers

Hollow Boron Name, name, name and name Nestmaid name: Ariadne Personality: Young and very keen for the job Origin of Hollow name: Once king of the tree, served beside Queen Baran and died when the Embers of Hoole were retrieved
