Hello all! I'm new here, but I'm absolutely ready to get rolling with some kind of interesting plot. Strix Streiter is a Guardian of Ga'Hoole, and the a member of the Search and Rescue Chaw. He is young, but cold, and could use a few owls as friends, enemies, and anything else in between!

::A FRIEND::

Streiter has had quite the difficult life. His brother was corrupted, and wanted control of the Tree. Since the revelation that his own flesh and blood had planned for him to be captured as an owlet, Strix Streiter has not trusted anyone quite the same. A good friend would be needed. Someone persistent. Maybe even a rival-type friendship would be good. If said friend was a female, perhaps it could turn into something more later.

::AN ENEMY::

His elder brother who is corrupted still lives. He's been banished from the Tree, but if someone were willing to Roleplay Strix Sabreclaw then perhaps they could leach information to The Pure Ones. Perhaps there are also those in the Tree that think Streiter is as bad as his brother and want him to be kicked out as well.

::A STUDENT::

Being the cold owl he is, and a Guardian, it might be interesting to see him interact with one student more intensely. Think like Ezylryb with Soren. Of course, Streiter would never admit that he was attached to a young owl in any way shape or form.

::OTHERS::

Strix Streiter was a Kraal for some time. Perhaps thos pirates can seek him out for some reason or another.



If any of you have any ideas, I'm open to anything! :3. Even if its just totally random!

Hello Shadow, welcome to the site! I currently own the character Leonidas, the Search and Rescue ryb as you may already know. I will be happy to roleplay with him with young Streiter specially, if you would like. We have a s+r thread open but I see you've joined it already, so thats a start

The younger owl I have is Lupinus, an eager owl who belongs to the S+R chaw too. He has a friend, Tobias, so there's an opportunity too.

By the way, if Streiter belongs to S+R, he also belongs to battle - are you aware? We haven't got a battle ryb yet I don't think... *ponders*

I have a few characters that I would love to throw in here but as of now I can't really remember if they have plots with them or not so I'll just put them out here. XD

First is my Snowy Owl, Pyry who is the ryb of navigation. She's a kind owl and is generally understanding.

Second is Tobias, a Verreaux's Eagle Owl, he's a trainee that is in Battle and S&R. He is a bit of a flirt but he is good natured and humorous.

Third (and last) is Uria my turnfeather barn owl. She is a shy owl and is hard to get out of her shell but underneath her withdrawn shell she is actually a happy-go-lucky owl that cares deeply for her friends.

@fin: Oooh, i wasn't aware that the Battle Ryb was open. Streiter would be perfect for that if thats alright with you! It'd be interesting if Streiter and Leonadus had a bit of a rivalry if they both become Rybs....

But yeah, all your ideas sound good to me. Streiter needs a lot of attention xD.



Ruby: Pyry huh? She sounds like she could be a potential friend/mate to Streiter, but we'd have to do an IC meeting cuz its hard for me to tell. My poor tortured soul of an owl needs all the kindness he can get. Your turnfeather owl is part of the pure ones right? If Streiter becomes close to her as her teacher, when she goes back to the Pure Ones he'd be so angry and torn. >3

okay soooo i have Elhana, the weather ryb who is smaller than Strix. She might find him a little weird; El has some little social issues. She dislikes talking. Perhaps just an acquaintance?

Then I have Sindari, my Great Horned S+R & B owl. She won't take much notice of him; she's clearly too caught up in trying not to make herself fall over in front of Arctus durr

Then Lannaera, my Madagascan Red owl turnfeather. she was born and raised in the tree but left after she got annoyed she wasn't picked for a chaw ^_^ she'll find him creepy.

the only way he and Hedyn, my captain, would meet is in battle. Hedyn is like, your most insane relative, but worserer.

*bounces* Kale can be an enemy if you want! Considering his brother left the tree there's every possibility that Kale would distrust him, the other owl might have picked up tricks after all...But, then again he's different from his siblings so he might not. It'd definately be awkward and he'd try and reign over and fail poor Streiter.

Short of that I only have Eerin, a Remnant Soldier. So enemies there, obviously.

Wow...I guess I'm not much good, but I have a Female owl that might be able to become his friend.

Her name is Aqua and she is a Masked owl. She was born into the guardians but was sadly captured by the Pure Ones scouts, while flying over the ocean with her brother Talon. She was able to escape, but because of that incounter, she became a Free-flier in order to keep herself hidden. She wishes to return to the Gal'hool tree, but still has her thoughts about her brother.
